Wine Spectator Award of Excellence 2008In February of 2008, 2900 Kitchen/Lounge opened after two years of planning, design and construction. A collaborative effort of third-generation El Paso restaurateur, Mark Heins and Chef Bobby Griffing (also a native El Pasoan), 2900 is a seasonal new-american kitchen and lounge — offering the finest fresh ingredient menu in the El Paso region.

We take great pride in our daily deliveries of the freshest seafood, all-natural hormone-free prime beef from Bakka Ranch, house-made breads by Master Baker, Danny Saucedo and the sinfully delicious desserts of Executive Pastry Chef, Karina Ramirez — all prepared with passion and expertise by our team of talented culinary professionals.

Complementing the uniqueness of the creative, delicious food is our world-class collection of fine wines and spirits — showcased in a temperature-controlled wine wall, the focal point of the lower level dining area. Separating the two downstairs dining areas is an enchanting 18-foot water wall which can be seen from both our in-kitchen Chef’s Table and upper-level dining areas. Upstairs features an outdoor patio — perfect for late-night al fresco dining or drinks.
